    From the comfort of your home, you’ll learn how to use yoga to release stress, improve flexibility, and just feel better.

    We’ll find the postures that suit your needs, and I’ll teach you how to modify each exercise to fit your time and energy so you can stay consistent with or without me.

    After this intro course, you’ll have the foundation necessary to continue on your own, join group classes with confidence, or continue to learn with me.

    These 45-minute in-house yoga sessions are designed for professionals who deal with constant pressure and spend much of the day sitting.
